Tom has a Bachelor of Business from UTS and is a Chartered Accountant with 20 years of experience as an accountant, analyst, and business advisor. He started his career at KPMG in Sydney and has worked in companies including Commonwealth Bank, The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and Lion Nathan along with various small businesses in Australia, Canada, UK and Spain.

Tom lives locally on the Northern Beaches. He is a lover of the outdoors and his favourite hobbies include; surfing, skiing, yoga and mountain biking.

He has a laid back approach with a passion for helping others to achieve their goals.

Bookkeeper

Jes is a registered BAS Agent with a Certificate IV in Accounting & Bookkeeping.

She is experienced in applying her bookkeeping skills across varied industries and financial areas but has a keen interest in small businesses and helping them succeed. As a believer in building strong client relationships, Jesica is passionate about getting to know the ins and out of a business to better serve the needs of the client.

A local to the Northern Beaches, Jesica loves exploring the outdoors with her family and their loyal side-kick, Rio the dog. When she’s not hard at work on the books, Jesica enjoys travelling and always seems to have a coffee in hand.

Cristyn is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years accounting experience.  She also has a Graduate Diploma of Corporate Governance. Cristyn has worked as the CFO of a dual listed biotech company and numerous privately held global SMEs ranging from manufacturing to professional services. Working with small business and coming up with better ways to achieve outcomes keeps her passionate about work.

Cristyn grew up and raised her family on the Northern Beaches.  She is a keen horse rider and dog lover and loves to spend any free time outdoors discovering new hobbies.
